On the computer with access, you create an ODBC link with an Oracle username & pwd (ex : system) and then after in access you choose in the menu import data and you select all the tables you need (The table you see depend on the Oracle user and the source of ODBC < Oracle VS microsoft>

Keep in mind that the limitations in access (Depend on version) are lower than in Oracle so don't try to import table with million of rows.
