No, this will not work, you will still get the "mutating table" error.

Yes you are correct . mutating is problem ..

now to overcome this what i am doing is

i am creating a temporary table in which i will store the action

so on my table vijay trigger V_INSERT_TRIGGER

i will write insert into temp_v values (id_v , 'I',sysdate);

and on temp_v i will write a trigger on insert

will do what i wanted to do

will that work

or still it will consider it as one transaction and give mutation error
