I have to get a standby database up in the next week.
I am working to read the manual, but was hoping that
some basic questions could be answered here -

Can/should the standby database have the same name as
the primary database?

Other than the manuals, are there any checklists/quick guides available to help set up the standby database ?

Appreicate any advise you can provide.

The primary is already created 9.2.0.4 on a windows 2003
system. The standby will go to another Windows 2003 server.
