I agree with the owner export of the schema and using the fromuser
touser clauses in the import utility. One may want to consider creating
the new tablespace and the new user before importing the data. Don't
drop the old user cascade, or the old tablespace including contents
cascade constraints, until the new user has been fully tested. This may
require all grants references and cross schema constraints to be aligned
properly. Running the utlrp tool as sys should recompile any invalid
objects.
