Actually, after giving this some thought there are a few things to be
aware of

1 - you need to make an entry in your hosts file for your ipaddress, if
you dont you'll get several errors and when all is said and done the
install will be hosed, Apparently this is the only place the install
looks for your ip address
eg

F:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

10.54.7.10 p4p

2- If you depend on running existing perl scripts on the server, Oracle
basically takes over the perl location and all my programs broke. The
work around I have is the rename the perl directory in oracle as needed
to turn it on or off. If its a production install you need to
implement a more suitable solution.

So those are the actual problem Ive had, the rest should just be point
and click ;-)
