It's sure that all mandatory local destinations are unavailable (fs not
mounted or full). However, standby destinations are also unavailable,
possible causes are network troubles between prm and stb or stb archive
file system full or unavailable, or even standby instance down.
Probably you can get more info by changing LOG_ARCHIVE_TRACE to 16.

Hi Dear DBAs,

I am having the follwoing errors in 9i primary-standby database set-up.

ORA-16014: log 3 sequence# 80626 not archived, no available
destinations
ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1:
'/u01/oradata/xappsprd/log03.ora'

Any inputs are appreciated.
