If I have 3 sites involved in multi master replication, and I need to take
one
down, The other two remain active, how does the site that is down get
caught
back up to other two sites ?

If a transaction gets deferred, I can see it in the deferred queue, using
OEM,
I look at the details for it, but I still can't figure out why it got
deffered ?
Can any tell me where else to find out what is the problem with the record ?
