Hi



I had to delete an oracle instance (Oracle 9i). When I try to create the
instance again with the same name I get an error ORA-01031.

The error cause says that it's because of insufficient privileges. I am
using the dbca and am starting the console after logging in as root.

So who should I give privileges?
