Backup of temporary tablespace of the type temporary is of no use anyway. The structure is captured when you do an ASCII backup of the controlfile. The temporary tablespace is not needed for recovery

You can not take backup of temp tablespace....I don't think there is a
need to take backup of any temp tablespace/.
