Hi Guys,



Whenever I submit a job from OEM, the status is saying "Started", and in
Oracle Audit Browser, the status is saying "Busy", which is normal, but the
strange thing is that the start and end time/date in the Audit Browser is
the same and no records were read. In other words, nothing is happening. The
jobs just stay in that status and will never change.



We restart the OEM server and restart the agent also but the problems still
persist. Any ideas on what to do whenever this process is broken?
