Let me start out with:
"I _believe_"
10g isn't supported on a non-"Enterprise" linux (like FC3)
but the 9.2 runInstaller tells you that... maybe there's a bug in the
10g installer?

There is, however, a -ignoreSysPrereqs flag.
I'm pretty sure though that this database/instance won't be
supported....

I didn't get to try it though.....
