Contact Oracle technical support. ORA-600 are critical errors.

Dear DBAs

While rebuilding index or droping users i got the error :

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktsiseginfo1], [12], [12],
[148617], [], [], [], []

I shutdown the database and start again. But the same error occur.

Please help.
