We have upgraded the forms developer 6i patchset 16 along with jinitiator 1.1.8.24. After we finished all the necessary steps, we are trying to launch the forms, it is not launching. It is throwing some error in error_log file which is located in $IAS_TOP/Apache/Apache/logs directory as below...
