Hi ,DBAs

I've got question about Oracle Resource Manager.
In database there is user PUMP created for batch jobs and data pumping.
PUMP included in PUMP resource consumer group that uses 100 percent CPU
resources that remain from OLTP and SYSTEM groups.
I noticed that some PUMP jobs are running with correct
resource_consumer_group setting (v$session tells about it)
but some had default value of this field i.e. NULL.
Can anybody describe the situation?
