Have you either manually or by using netca wizard create your listeners? If so, what does TNSPING tell you? What does stop/start the listener tell you in the log?

I have installed oracle 9.2.0.4 on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced
Server 3.0 machine.

I have created 5 databases with a user for each database.

When I try to connect to any of the databases

I get

TNS connect protocol error.


Please hlep to resolve the error.
