Hi Subhash,
Can you please explain who MSSQL DTS services works ( point me to a link),
what tool from oracle. will this toll can get the changes as and when happen
in oracle database and populate then into MSSQl server.
For example, say if I insert new row/update existing rows in oracle will
those tool get them into MSSQL server too.

You can use MSSQL DTS Services.
Or
You can use Oracle tools.
