Does anyone possess FFIGEN.FMB compiled with Forms6.0?
Or maybe export of DB tables, sequences etc. for FFIGEN?
Or maybe SQL script to create them?

This utility was not present in distribution of Forms 6.0.
Recommendation is that use one from older version - Developer 2.1
an recompile it on Forms 6.0

I did first step, but can't compile it. Utility references
a set of data tables, sequences etc. in DB. Normally You run
compiled version of FFIGEN, which at first run create all
necessary data structures in DB. But FFIGEN.FMX doesn't work
with newer installation of Forms. So need to be recompiled.

Clasical dead lock:
- Can't compile without DB structures
- Can't create DB structures without compiled programs.
