Depending on what you are trying to do, you might find Microsoft
Infopath interesting.

My favorite is Microsoft DTS. It is quick and easy and fast, and

wizard driven. You can install just the client tools from a SQL
Server
CD to use it. It doesn't matter how big the data set is (unlike
Access).
