Good day to all,

We have an oracle database server RS6000 (IBM-E20) running Oracle 7.3.4 in
AIX 4.1. We have a current bottle neck on the processor side. I need to
upgrade the server considering a very untolerable slowness in the
application (non-life insurance system). I really need someone to help me
gauge on our options planning to run Oracle 7.3.4 in AIX 5.0 acquiring a
new PSeries P5 520 server. We're considering the Server coz we planned to
partitioned the Server to run Oracle 9i in another partition coz we will be
acquiring a new Non-life Insurance System and will be using another machine.
