RE: timeout

RE: timeout

Hello Ronni,

Set the connect_time parameter using the following statement
Alter profile profile_name limit connect_time time.

You can also change the parameters of a default profile of a user.
But that will be applicable to all the connections which will use that
particular user.
Assign the profile to the user you want to have a limited time access.
This might help you.

Thanks and regards,
Nancy

Subject: timeout

Hi

How to set server timeout? The purpose is to stop query in the server if
it doesn't return in the defined time.

Ronni
