Start the 10g TNS Listener on the destination database server

Hi

My name is Sudheer, Iam from banglore.Iam facing a problem in our Oracle 10G .

Now a days Iam frequently getting the following error

"ORA_12516:TNS:Listner could not find available handler with matching protocol"

It started just two weeks before.before it was working fine.

Can anyone please help me in this regard.

If anybody encoured this problem before , please let me know what is the solution for this.
