Mark, there is a 10gR1 problem with export and import. Between 10.1.0.2
and 10.1.0.4, import and export were redesigned. We've had a lot of
trouble importing 10.1.0.2 exports into 10.1.0.4.
I'd recommend that you upgrade your 10gR1 to the latest 10gR1 release
before you try this.
