Hi list,

I've installed oracle 10.2 client on windows 2003 Terminal Server. If I try to login to oracle db with local administrator rights everthink works fine, but if I try to start sqlplusw as "normal User" sqlplusw crashes without any message. Users have read and access rights on oracle_home and subfolders. TNSPING works.

Any ideas?
