Hi All,

There is a 9i report Server & the Database is on 9.2.0.4

We moved from Place 1 to place 2
After this we are facing this error.
Cannot create cursor, ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel.
The User are able to exit & restart the application .
Can anyone please help me on this issue.
