Hello Gurus,

When I try ot restart the service OracleOra9ias_homeEMWebsite i get the foll'n error:
The OracleOra9ias_homeEMWebsite service on local computer started and then stopped. Some Services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.

What should be the possible solution for this.
