what is the command to move index from one tablespace from another

it gives me error like that

alter index CONTROL_MST_CTRLID_PRK tablespace UF5 rebuild;
alter index CONTROL_MST_CTRLID_PRK tablespace UF5 rebuild

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02243: invalid ALTER INDEX or ALTER MATERIALIZED VIEW option
