The new metalink seems to "hide" useful options like certifications :(.

Log on to metalink and paste in the following URL:

https://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/lif_main.startup

that's top page for certifications. You should be able to navigate down from
there to the software/platform of your choice...

I need to find out the latest database release please. Could someone please

obviously I am missing a link or metalink is not the correct page for this
