As I understand it, you cant just change from DMT to LMT or LMT to DMT.

To make the change you would need to create a new tablespace in the desired
form (*MT) and migrate the tables/indexes into it.

This is probably easiest done by exporting all the tables in the old
tablespace, drop them, run "alter index rebuild tablespace new_ts;" for any
remaining indexes, drop the old tablespace, create a new tablespace with the
desired parameters and then import the tables.

Theres other ways, dependant on the content of the tablespace, but whatever
you do, a data migration is required.
