Why are you avoiding running pupbld.sql is the question.

Hi ALL,
I am fresh DBA and doing some R&D work.
Presently working on 8.1.7
Issue :
After creating data base i didn't run the scrip pupbld.sql ,system being the user.
so after creating the user xyz and granting connect and resource privilage then when you try to connect the user xyz comman error
SQL> conn xyz/xyz
Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE
Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!
You may need to run PUPBLD.SQL as SYSTEM
Connected
is thrown.
Now,I wish to eliminate the above ERROR without executing the PUPBLD.sql script.
