This may be a longshot, but if there are any Oracle ArcSDE dba's out there
then this is for you. Maybe someone else can help.



Can you add parameters to a dbtune file and import them into a database?



I am trying to configure metadata services with SDE and IMS 9.1 on 10g.



I tried to add xml configuration parameters such as the
"xml_doc_val_lob_storage" to the "default" keyword. It did not import this
into the

Database. The parameters are not even listed in the help documentation.
