may be able to chip in here with my 2 pence worth :)

I use Firefox rather than the horrible IE. Firefox's print preview in
the latest version (1.5.0.1) allows "Shrink to fit" - would that help
here"? IIRC IE has a habit of chopping off the right side when printing
from a few websites.

Of course, if you can't use Firefox where you work then this posting is
as much use as a Chocolate Fireguard!
