edit the server-file
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora
LISTENER =
(DESCRIPTION_LIST =
(DESCRITPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = <YOUR IP ADDRESS OR HOSTNAME>)
(PORT = 1521))
)
)
...
after editing restart the listener
