RedHat Linux permissions issue

RedHat Linux permissions issue

Hi Guys,

We are using Redhat linux,I have a question.

I have a directory : /u01/oracle/temp (Owner=root Group=dba)

Owner and group have Full (777) permissions on /u01/oracle/temp.

There are 3 users, user1,user2 and user3

User1 and user2 are of group dba. They can do anything with
/u01/oracle/temp.

I want the user3(with group user3 only) should be able to write into
/u01/oracle/temp.,BUT he should not delete/remove any files/dir that belong
to any other users in this directory.

I tried with sticky bit also.

If write permission given on /u01/oracle/temp to user3, he is able to
delete anything in that.

How to avoid this? OR is there any other way? Please let me know friends.

Thanks in advance,

Suresh Raju
