It would be very simple to write a stored procedure to do the refresh and write a record. It could also note if there were any error messages on the refresh.

Subject: Database triggers after materialized view refresh?
Using Oracle 10g Release 2, Standard Edition, after a materialized view
refresheshes, is there a way I can fire a trigger to write a record to a log
table? I was hunting through documentation and forums, and haven't found
anything.
Martin
