I am trying to setup OEM to access metalink and download all available
patches.



I'll be damned if I can figure out how to do this using the new, simpler
to use, interface.



I've created a job, I've tried to "submit" it, but nothing happens. No
error, no anything.



I might as well have fell asleep. It would have done me more good.



Any advice from anyone on this would be wonderful.
