Assuming your running an MS version of Oracle and your at the DOS prompt
and your PATHs are correct, then Try this:
exp test/[Email Address Removed] full=y file=C:\textdb.dmp file=C:\textdb.log

I am trying to export my oracle database to a dump file using the
