Good morning Kiran

There are few table is the dba_ or user_ division

dba_part_tables (for all tables) or user_part_tables for a specific user
give you information about the partition table itself
dba_part_tables or user_part_tables give you information for all
partitions of partition tables

There are many other tables.
Those who start with dba_part... give you information for the object
itself (such as dba_part_indexes, dba_part_lobs, etc.)
While those with name of dba_..._partitions, dba_..._subpartition give
you the information for every partition
