This avg_row_len is in bytes ??

If you analyze the table, either compute or estimate, you can get the
rowsize from "avg_row_len" column in the USER_TABLES or DBA_TABLES
views. If yo uneed an exact number, then compute, otherwise estimate
would work.

Worse case scenario is to gather the size of every column of every row
and sum that across all rows and then divide by the total number of rows
to get an avg.
