open tns entry file and search for this SID .. it should be already
exists..

HI All,
I am using Oracle's data base upgrade tool. This is the error I am getting

Dim-00020 A service for this sid is already created. Please enter a
different
sid name. No action has been taken.

Can someone help me please.
