My guess is YES, as long as the archived logs are "readable" and the Oracle
flavours are on the same versions or at least on the same N.N.N version.
I tried on Windows, where my primary is Windows-XP-PRO and my standby is
Windows-2000 ...
If I have your two (2) boxes, I would gladly try this out for you ... :-)
