Hi all,
First question here so please be gentle with me. My colleague has just
gone on a months holiday and left me to it.
I have two database servers, one is Oracle 10 which I know a little
about and the other is Oracle 9 which I dont.
To start a database on version 10, I do ...
* Login as oracle user
* run *sqlplus / as sysdba*
* enter the command *startup*
* exit from sqlplus
* run *lsnrctl start* to start the TNS listener

What is the equivalent I need to do for Oracle 9.2 ???
Thanks in advance...
Steve
