We are facing a major performance issue in 9iAS.

We have a very good server machine where 9iAS installed (16GB RAM, 4CPU...

We are using Oracle 9i Database 9.0.2.6 and 9iAS 9.0.2 Rel 2.

The performance is acceptale during the normal load transactions and no.
of users.

It becomes unacceptable during the heavy working 2 hours at the morning
where the cpu is 100% full.

Can anyone inform me about any 9ias tuning parameter to increase the
performance ?
