when i execute the statement,
update tblpat_History set Category='circulation' ,
CHKCAbdominal='03-03-2000' , where accountnumber='100092'

it is giving an error as:

Server: Msg 156, Level 15, State 1, Line 1 Incorrect syntax near the
keyword 'where'.
