i think its better to use SPOOL than writing the procedure.
it will increase the performance speed awell compare to UTIL file.

When executing a stored procedure, and trying to insert values into
table,
It is showing error as :: Resources are low , Some results are dropped.
No values are being inserted into the table..
suggest me
