I'm running SQLPLUS on a Unix box and the output from dbms_output.put_line goes to a public directory.
There are times I will want dbms_output.put_line to write to my private Directory.
Can I override the directory dbms_output.put_line? If so, how do I do so in SQLPLUS?
I do not want to use the spool command.
