Your request is not very clear, so let me try some angles;

You have done an Import into a new server but want to do this again?? Is
this correct?? If so, what went wrong with the first?? Did you set the
"ignore=Y" for the import?? Be careful with this parameter.

Also, there could be some double entries.

Imported full database in new server, I want to import again database
updated , what type of export shud I take, I tried taking import of full
