It is not clear from your email exactly what you changed - can you
provide us with the SQL Stements exactly that you exceuted when you say
" I changed the archive log size from 100 MB to 521kb and again revoked
the changes. So now it's again at 100 Mb." please.

Hi all,

Till yesterday archive log switch occurred every 2 hours.

Last night I changed the archive log size from 100 MB to 521kb and again
revoked the changes. So now it's again at 100 Mb.

But today morning, it was fine for some time and after 3 hours of
operation; archive switch started occurring every 15 minutes..
What can be the problem?

No log messages are created. How to check the incoming traffic and also
which user is utilizing the system resource most?

But as of there is no extra job being done on the server today.

Please help ASAP.
