Compute what would reasonably be needed - and then double that. Disc is
cheap. Extra space always comes in handy (holding exports and such).

That's the usual standard, usally used. You have the growth of Records
per month...

Hi Comrades,
I am asked to do a capacity planning report
for the impact of an inclusion of a new interface which results in
additional growth of 500K records per month. I came up with a report,
but I am not convinced my self. Is there any standard/approved way of
estimating the disk space requirements. Also any procedure/formulae to
estimate the Performance impact?
