Nevermind, I figured out a way. Just create a variable called message,
and then pass in that variable to the package.

Subject: utl_mail to send data from the database
Is there a way to use the UTL_MAIL package to send data from a 10g
database? I am currently just sending text that I hard coded into the
script, but I would like to send an email to the person will the
actually data from the database.
Thanks.
