check out the private network is pinging or not.
then run the OracleCMService9i service. also check the cable is properly pulged into two nodes.

Hi,
I am installing Oracle RAC 9.2.0.7 on a Windows 2000 Advanced
server. I am having a problem with the OCFS install. I run the
clustersetup.exe, it looks like it runs fne, but it cannot start the
OracleCMService9i service, the other two start fine.
